We are looking for a highly motivated sales member to help our clients build the outdoor living space of their dreams.

 

Or to simply just help them get a project done around their home.

You'll be motivated by helping people get what they want! You'll help guide their ideas and inspirations into designs with our design team! 

 

You must be a self starter and self sufficient to excel at this position. You must have a passion for landscape/outdoors. You must be able to help envision the clients dreams and goals and translate them to both the design and production team. Enjoy exquisite living spaces and a desire to provide maximum value for all our past, present and future clients!

We install:

• -softscapes (plants, lawns etc.)

• -hardscapes (patios, retaining walls etc)

• -firepits

• -decks

• -chainlink fences

Your job will include:

• Answering sales calls

• Meeting with clients

• Cold calling/marketing to clients as needed

• Door knocking

• -Preparing and Sending estimates

• Preparing a "base" design for designer as needed.

• Collecting down payments

• Coordinating with production for scheduling of projects sold once per week

•  

  -coordinating with landscape designers to provide clients a visual vision of their project

• - continual communication with clients throughout the projects progress as needed

• -final job walk thrus as needed with clients.

 

Position is primarily work from home (must be locally in our service areas) and meeting at the shop as needed to review bids in person with other team members as needed. We service the fox valley, green lake, fond du lac and areas of depere. Job is salaried plus commissions (%) of sales Salary Starts at 30k/year - commissions over 100k possible 

(total compensation Range $60,000-$140,000/year)

Sales quotas per month required Annual sales goals per position are $2-$4M revenue sold.
